Maria Rodriguez is a multidisciplinary artist, blogger and social media lover. A child of the internet, her love for the human mind and body, has driven her to embark on the artistic path of portraits. Born in Massachusetts to Puerto Rican parents, Maria has always had a deep interest in different cultures and people from different countries around the world. This led her to spending most of her early 20’s abroad, living in Spain and exploring Europe. Many of her cultural references are inspired both by her time in Madrid and her ancestry in Puerto Rico.

Maria earned her BA in Creative Writing & Political Science from Western New England University, and began her career in teaching english as a foreign language before transitioning into marketing. Maria’s passion for art extends into social media, branding and consulting, where she can blend her eye for color and style with her love for connecting to people.
